El mismo cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de 16 representantes de instituciones educativas secundarias de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El concurso de oratoria tuvo gran participaci\u00f3n por parte de las instituciones educativas de nivel secundario, dado que 16 de ellas presentaron sus representantes.
