San Mart\u00edn, un joven de 19 a\u00f1os a bordo de una moto 110 cc pas\u00f3 en rojo dos sem\u00e1foros seguidos; luego fue demorado y se le secuestr\u00f3 la motocicleta.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nUn joven de 19 a\u00f1os de apellido Pati\u00f1o pas\u00f3 deliberadamente dos sem\u00e1foros en rojo por Av. San Mart\u00edn.
